A true people-person at heart, conversation and hair come naturally to salon owner Leonie, whose vibrant, friendly temperament always provides a sense of trust and relaxation when in her hands. With over 30 years experience in the hairdressing industry under her belt, Leonie knows hair and gets a burst of pride and satisfaction when her clients leave the salon feeling a million dollars and love their hair.

Leonie began her hairdressing career under the exacting eye of one of the industry’s leading master stylists and still adheres to those exceptionally high standards for herself and her staff. Early competition work and excellent training have provided the foundation of a craft that Leonie has honed and mastered over her career in precision cutting and colouring.

“We are in the business of making people feel good about themselves. A trip to the hairdresser is like great therapy. You spend an hour with a friend that really listens and you leave looking amazing. Precision foiling and sharp bobs are definitely one of my strong points. The integrity and condition of the clients hair is always a priority at Kink.”
